How to give a lecture in English?

Hello everyone
At the first of this topic I should say to teachers of this forum that my major in university is English then I should mention our university teacher asked us to prepared a lecture which It says "what would you do If you were the richest person in the world"

the most important part it bothers me is about how to take a lecture in English?
How a student which is studying English as his second language can take a lecture , it should be mentioned that I haven't good background in taking lectures
Help me how to take a lecture and how to begin and finish it as well
