How to get used to different accents

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how can I learn different accents. I mean there are certain number of situations in which I cannot understand some native speakers accents. For example, please tell me what is Anthony Joshua's accent because sometimes I cannot understand what he saying. I know he is from London, but I'm not familiar with his accent. Therefore, I would grateful if someone could provide me with some advice on learning different accents.

Neither am I. His accent is actually a mixture of accents influenced by the Nigerian accent of his parents and by the local variety of English where he grew up.

Listen, listen, listen! That's all you can do. But your goal for now should be only to master the most common accents. None of us can possibly be expected to know and comfortably understand all the different accents that come about by the movement of people from other places into English-speaking countries. For that you'd need to listen to the English of people who came from Japan, those who came from France, those who came from Indonesia, those who came from Finland, those who came from Ethiopia, ... There is almost no end to the different ways English is spoken by people who came from different places. You have to do as the rest of us do. Pay close attention, do the best you can, and ask people to repeat when you don't understand them.
