How to get rid of typical Czech pronunciation of "R"?

Hi all,

I need your advice as how to get rid of the typical Czech pronunciation of "R"? I am really struggling as I am used to pronounce Czech "R" and everyone knows that I am a foreigner. Please help, I want to sound more English:-)

Thanks for your reply.
