How to get a visa

aneong hasaeyo, i want to ask if i still have a chance to get visa for korea. My korean boyfriend wants me to try to apply for a tourist visa but i dont know if i can still have it. I worked in korea before till my visa expired and became TNT suddenly i get caught by immgration because they found out i was then over stay so they sent me back here in philippines. is there a chance for me to go back korea just for a visit? and if yes what r the requirements?
