How to frame a sentence when somebody extends help

assuming that Mr.x has cooperated with me in accomplishing some task. should I say" The cooperation extented to me by X was very useful" or " the cooperation extended for me by X was very useful"

"extended TO me" is right.

When someone extends help, they extend it TO someone. Same as GIVE or OFFER help - it's given or offered TO someone.

"He extended help TO me"

"He offered help TO me" or "He offered to help me" or "He offered me help"

"He gave help TO me" or "He helped me" or "He gave me help"

"He offered to pay FOR my ticket" (Not "He offered
