How to formulate salutation in formal English language letter when it is addressed to both men and women as a group

Good afternoon.

I am in Canada, and have to address a formal business letter to a group of business executives (making up a committee).

This group is made up of both men and women.

Ladies and Gentlemen is a little too vague, but Dear Sirs and Madams sounds a little pompous.

Can you advise what the best salutation would be in this case?
