How to formulate request (demand)

Hi, I have one question. Could you, please, write me some sentences explaining request and explain the strong of these expressions? I usually use:
I would like to ask you to send me your report...
But it is borring to write same sentence twice, or more in one email. How to say "please" and mean "you have to, because it is your duty"?
Thank you very much.

Hi Helena,

I would just write 'Please send me . . . ' or 'Kindly send me . . ' or 'I would be grateful if you would send me . . '. These are just standard business expressions.

It's OK for business writing to be boring. If you want excitement, take up bungee jumping.
