How to form a multipart question?

For example (please comment on the sentences below):

Should I do it or should he do it? (This one looks correct to me.)

Should I do it and he should look and learn at the same time? (Not too sure about this one having two different subjects and the second part is not a question. If not right, please reword it for me.)

Should I do it and let him look and learn at the same time? (What about this one having the same subject while the second part is not a question?)

Correct.

Will Jake win or will Tom win?
Will Jake or Tom win?

healerShould I do it and he should look and learn at the same time?

Sorry, but you can't combine questions and statements in the same sentence. It's not grammatical.
