How to fill out a Birthday card
Hello,
Could you tell me please the sample of filling a Birthday card out.
How should I start?
Can I start with 'To (name)' or can I say 'Dear (name)'? How should I end? What is the order and the place in a card such words as 'Sincerely yours', etc. Thank you

We don't 'fill out' birthday cards like application forms-- we send personal greetings to good friends. Why don't you just post here what you want to say? If there is anything egregiously wrong with it, we will let you know.
