How to express the age is due to go to school?

Hi guys,

I am writing a letter to inquiry enrollment to a school. But I am just wondering if I am writing correctly.

I wrote "We really want to send our daughter to your school when her age is due." I mean now she is too young, but I want to know if she is ok to enroll a few years later.

Thanks.
