"May we schedule a time to meet at your convenience."

I'd use one. It's a question.

It looks like a question, but it's really a polite imperative that both parties will recognize as such. It's just the way I was (mis)educated.

what does "may" mean here? does it imply a polite request or possibility like "may be"?

How about ".....when is convenient for you? Any time is ok with me. I can work up my schedule at your convenience. "?

I feel it needs a question mark in that usage. Unlike "May he rest in peace." Instead, I would use "Let's schedule a time to meet at your convenience."
