How to express 'rate'

hello,

I've heard someone say "its acceptance rate is in the twenties".

It means definitely around 20~29 people among 100 could be allowed to enter the university.

So, I am curious if I could say,

"its acceptance rate is in the tens,

its acceptance rate is in the thirties,

its acceptance rate is in the forties,

its acceptance rate is in the fifties,

..........................." like this.

Thank you in advance!
