How to express my level of knowledge in my foreign languages?

00 I really hope that anyone can help me. I am struggling with an application form. I have to indicate my foreign languages and I also have to wirte down my level of knowledge. 02 br

00 Could anybody tell me the English words for "final exam level" and "perfect knowledge". Is it correct to write "fluently in writing and speaking", when I want to express a high level??? 02 br
