How to express it?

Dear teachers,
Could you possibly help me say exacly this idea?
Situation: In the past I entered the forum, but for some reason I stopped entering it for a long while.Now I come back to the forum.

Can I say like these:

Hi everybody,I haven't entered this forum for a long time until today
