How to express a geographic location

Hi. In South Korea, there is the capital city "Seoul" (I don't know whether I should put quotation marks around it) and on north of it, there is a city called "Dongducheon" (I am not sure how it is spelt). Are they correct?

1.On top of Seoul lies a city called "Dongducheon."

2.On top of Seoul lies the city "Donducheon."

3.Dongducheon is above Seoul.

4.On the north of Seoul is Dongducheon.

5.Beneath Seoul is (lies?) Dongducheon.

6.Below Seoul is (lies?) Dongducheon.

7.Lying below/beneath Seoul is (lies?) Dongducheon.
