How to express ?
Fact is clear, but opinion is less reliable.
For example Dokdo, we persuade the other person ‘ Dokdo is Korea territory’, using only opinion, we can’t persuade the others.
So to persuade the others we need certified fact that everybody to concede. Ultimately, it is reason that for writing logically.
