How to end by greeting

Hello
i am bit confuse by ending note.... is it 'Thank you and Regards, or 'Thanking you and Regards'.
Can somebody tell me which is appropriate note to use.

That general form is casual only and should not be used in formal business writing. A letter should finish in this way:

Thank you very much (for your attention to this matter/ for your time and consideration / for your assistance / etc.).
