How to describe this situation?
How could I describe the situation of one of the officer in my office resigned her post and now her desk has to clean up and get it ready for the new officer to sit in the next day/within a few days? Also I have to notice the Technician to collect the ex-officer's computer in a urgent matter but in a nice manner?
