How to describe this situation in a better way? If I want to say someone is working both night and day shifts at the same time, e.g., their scheduled to work in the day 3 days a week and the rest of the four days their working overnight shifts. How do I put it so that its shorter and better. E.g. I was going to put it "He's working two types of shifts at the same time," but it's not clear.
Thanks so much.
