How to describe poor/bad eyesight?

Dim-sighted? Weak-eyed?

I'm not sure the above will work. I've deducted them by looking into the word "sharp-eyed," which refers to good eyesight.

Thank you.
But the words you recommended are all in medical field. I wonder whether "Dim-sighted, Weak-eyed" are natural in English.

Some work - sharp-eyed, clear-eyed, bright-eyed, dewy-eyed, doe-eyed, bleary-eyed. Others don't. That's just the way it is.

Weak-eyed is rarely used for strabismus ("wandering eye") in children.
Also, cross-eyed is a common malady

Having poor eyesight is a medical condition, so the terms are usually related to medicine!.
