How To Describe An Unchanged Condition?

Hi teachers,

I have a question, please.

Someone is sick, and I want to say that her condition is as it is. Which sentence is correct, and which sentence does sound natural?

1. There is no improvement in her condition.
2. There is no salient progress in her condition.
3. There is no significant development in her condition

4. There is no change in her condition.

Thanks in advance

That does not make sense.

Moonrise1. There is no improvement in her condition.

Right. She has not gotten any better. It implies but does not say that she also did not get worse.

Moonrise2. There is no salient progress in her condition
