How to describe an action

Hi,

Sometimes I approach somebody from behind and blindfold him/his eyes and ask him to guess who I am. What do you call this action?

Can I say
I am playing a game with him;
I am playing a joke with him;
I am playing about with him;
I am teasing him;
I am making fun of him; or
I am playing a trick on him?

Except for 'making fun of him' these are fine. Specifically, you could also say you are playing guess who?

Thank you very much.
Is "play trick on someone" more mischievous and more probable to make people angry?
Is prank milder?
