How to deal with a successfully made essay?

As I know from my studies that an essay must be composed of three parts; the introduction, the body and the conclusion. In reality I find the difficulty most in the introduction, and I know well that if it is well done and clear my whole essay will be suuccessful. so how to make it always clear? coz I sometimes get confused!!!
