How to correct these two sentences?

Hi! Please, could you help me out with this:

if someone is going to schedule an online video-confernce, in the dialogue window they are supposed to enter the start time for the meeting and other information (please, see the attached picture) How to say that they should schedule time for the timezone that they live in, and for those who live in other timezones and are going to attend the web-conference, the time difference will be calculated automatically, and the attendees will see start time adjusted for the timezone they live in?

Please, advice how to change the following sentence, so that it's correct:

Enter the date and time you want to start your webinar in your
time zone. If your attendees are located in other time zones,
time difference will be calculated automatically and displayed.

Thanx!

I would make a few slight changes to your wording. "Please use your local time zone when entering the starting date and time of your webinar. " I hope this helps.

Hi!
Thank you very much for replying.

If your attendees are located in other time zones, the difference in time will be automatically calculated and displayed.

Does this mean that the time difference will be displayed, not the time?

Should i say: "If your attendees are located in other time zones, the start time will be automatically calculated and di

That might be clearer. Or you could say:

If your attendees are located in other time zones, their start time will automatically reflect that local time.
