How to correct these sentences?

These questions are part of my ESL assignment. They are so hard my solve. I included my solutions in the following. Please give me some suggestions.
1. While most University of Waterloo (UW) students are known for their dedication to their fields of study, some UW students are neither dedicated to nor do they show any interest in their disciplines.
