How to communicate my Time-Zone

Hi everyone,

Could someone please teach me how to properly communicate my timezone if I'm living in Montreal, Canada.

For example, is it correct to write: I'll reach you at 08:00 AM (UTC -5) to someone living in the UK?

Hope to receive an aswer soon!

Have a great day,

Felix

Just say eg I'll call reach you at 08:00 am you r time. If you live in Montreal, you live in the Eastern time zone.. I'll call you at 08:00 am my time would mean 8:00 am Eastern time.
