How to change the interview date ?

I want to change the interview date . I cant think how to write or approch them to change the date. I want to change the interview date b'coz my exam will be held on the same date. i hav to email them as early as possible ? Is there anyone who can help me by showing a sample letter on this matter.

I made a sample copy .

Dear sir,

Thanks for calling me for an interview. I want to change the interview date as my exam will be held on the same.If it is possible , can u move on to any alternative date so that i can face the interveiw.

I would be very pleased if you can change the date and give me a chance to face the interview.
