How to carry heavy luggage to the entrance to a building.

Could you please check if the following sentences are natural for an expression of a sign placed at the steps to a building entrance? A simpler expression would be preferred.

1) For guests who have difficulty in carrying large luggage on the steps, please use a slope found on the left side of the building. Please move around to the back entrance.

2) For guests with large luggage, a slope can be found at the left side of the building.
Please move around to the back entrance.

3) Guests with large luggage are recommended to use a slope on the left side of the building.
Please move around to the back entrance.
