But would you imagine payments. And you have to say the pull down date.
Then, only the date can't explain the date. 7th can't explain what month or what year.
And further more if you only say only m/d year, you can't explain how long to be paid.

Excuse me for my additional comment for my asking.
In credit card payment, there is the cutoff date and pull down date. I want a words for the period.
For example, I've got the lunch at Sep. 25th 2014, and a shirt at Oct 5th 2014, and a table at Oct 11th using my Visa card.
