How to call person that gives Opinion?

I'm searching for some word that describes a person that gives opinion.

There doesn't seem to be a word for that in English, unfortunately, but if there is one, I'd like to know it too.
In Italy there are some people who give general opinions and criticize on TV. They are useless idiots whose only purpose is to give opinions without being required to know anything about what they talk about. They call them "opinionisti", and there is no word for that in English I

If you're referring to those who give their political opinions publicly in newspapers or on radio or television, the word is "pundit", but there is no word for just an ordinary person who offers his opinion on ordinary topics.
