How to call a person"s name?

Whether to use his first name or second one,where to use "Mr",any exceptions with firends and close circle.

When speaking directly to a person who is not a 'friend or in your close circle', use Mr/Mrs/Ms with the last (family) name only , never with the first name (either alone or with the last name): Hello, Mr Jones (NOT Mr Harry , NOT Mr Harry Jones ). With friends or close acquaintances, use the first name only, without any title: Hi, Harry .
