How to best express this?

Hi!

How do I best express this information about languages used at work in a job description?

1) The language of communication at work was Spanish.

Is this appropriate or should I say something else like adding the word "office" or "official" or something to inform that the language used to communicate with everyone during work was Spanish? Thanks!

2) English was used infrequently, mainly in written form in work with foreign clients or domestic clients with an international orientation.

Is this appropriate or how do I more elegantly express this information? Thanks again!

Cheers,
Allan
