How to ask the past experiance

Hi.

As I know, when we use 'do' in the question sentence, we don't care about verb's tense.

For example,
1. What does you used that?
2. Whatndoes you use that?

What if the number 2 sentense has only correctness, then how to express the past experance in the question sentnece?

Both your sentences are incorrect. These are similar sentences to illustrate the point I think you are asking about: What do you use? -- asking what you use now What did you use?
