How to ask questions correctly in English

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a good website where I can find out how to teach asking questions. It seems that my students have the idea for the question, but always forget one or two words. They especially have difficulty with using the verb 'do'.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
