How to ask people to use same terms when discussing a topic

Hi guys,

My question is what should I say when I would like to ask people to use consistent terms or words when we are discussing on a topic in a meeting.

Sometimes, people from various groups are expressing the same thing with their own terms.

Can I say 'Guys, Could we consist our languages?'

Thanks in advance.
