Hi guys,
I would like to ask how to properly write a note to ask our staff to fill in a form as detailed as possible and follow the format provided.
Currently, what I got was as below.
*Note
If it is possible and convenient, please answer the questions with the example format: YourAnswer (explanation)
But I am not sure if this is a OK expression.
Thanks in advance
Kun Li a OK an OK Kun Li If it is possible and convenient, Anything is possible, and it would be more convenient if they didn't have to fill in a form at all. What I mean is are you sure this is needed? I think "please" covers it.
