How to arrange these words?

I don't understand what "and-union" stands for. Maybe it is a mistake, and there should be 2 separate words? So how to arrange these words?
The / and-union/ had/ slant/ an/ editorial.

I guess that 'and' is a typo. It should be 'anti'.
