How to answer "Whatever you’re having" when offering drink

Here is the context:
I: What would you prefer with your meal, wine or tea?
My friend: Whatever you're having.
I am having tea. I want to make sure if tea is OK for her. So could I say"So would a cup of tea be good for you?"
