How to answer "Nice to meet you." and "Nice meeting you."

Hi guys,

I was wondering how to answer "Nice to meet you" and "Nice meeting you."
Should I use "Me too." or "You too.' or "Same here", or other better ways?

And, how do you say "start a software/program"? should i say open or turn on a software?

Thanks a lot!
Eric
