How to answer a negative tag question with "right" at the end?

He is not a doctor, is he?
Isn't he a doctor?
--Yes, he is (a doctor).
--No, he isn't (a doctor).

He is not a doctor, right?
--Yes, (that's right. It is the case that he is a doctor.)
--No, (that's not right. It isn't the case that he is a doctor.)

----

Are the last two answers correct? Or should they be like the first two even when the tag is "right" rather than "is he" or the like?

Using "right" is a fine way to create a tag question.

Thanks. That was my mistake. (I should have written the other way around there.)
