How to analyze this infinitive
A. The minimum age to watch this movie is 15.
In this sentence A, does "to watch this movie" modify "the minimum age"?
To me, it seems like "to watch this movie" modify "the minimum age", but I'm not 100% sure.
Would you please clear it up?
