How to analyze "strong" and "hard" ?
1. "The company’s going strong and we expect to do even better next year"
2. "Should I go hard on myself to achieve my life goals?"
I think "strong" and "hard" in each sentence can be analyzed as either "adjective" or "adverb", because as for 1, we can think "strong" can be regarded as an adjective expressing "the company", or as an adverb modifying the verb "going", and as for 2, whether "hard" is used as an adjective expressing "I" or as an adverb modifying "go", they all seem to make perfect sense, so for this reason, I guess "strong" and "hard" can be thought of as an adverb or adjective.
