How to add some sub words like "ly,er,ing,es" to creat adv, noun, phrular nouns to verb

i m in trouble with adv, nouns, phrular nouns being created by verbs. Can you help me in making a difference btw each one then give me the principle for using them well.

1. Add "ly" after each verb to creat adv
2. Add "er" after each verb to creat nouns
3. Add " es" after each verb to creat phrular nouns.

The verbs have been given re : begin, talk, sleep, laugh, fly

i have ever followed this keys for making the difference btw the using :

a. Double the ending character having the hard way of pronunciation like: n,k,p,h ( as the above sample) if we have the soft word staying right in front of them like: a, e, i, u,.... :BEGIN>>>> BEGINNER.

But it s quite difference with the remain ones:
TALK>>>> TALKER
SLEEP>>> SLEEPING

b. Turn some soft words at the ending character: y >>>>ies FLY >>>> FLIES ( phrural noun),

well, i find confused a little bit about those principles found.

Thks in advance
