"how through" meaning

"Officials related to the products furthered on how through innovative attitudes based on long term inputs and solutions, the printer could actually take place to become the centre of digital technology."

I think this (roughly) means "Officials improved something related to innovative attitudes along with printers"

Is verb in this sentence is "Furthered on"? and
through in "how through innovative attitudes-" is adjective?

I looked up dictionaries and googled but can't find exact meaning of through in that sentence.

Thank you!

Yes, it is incorrect. It is so garbled that it is difficult to guess what it is intended to mean.
