How the word "thank" shoud be used...?

I saw a sentence like this

"Thank you a lot for you to open the store."

Is it grammatically correct??

There're some questions I want to ask about.

1. Is it correct to say " Thank you a lot for...", or just say " Thank you for..."

2.What's the difference between "Thank you a lot for you to open the store." and "Thank you for opening the store."

3.Which one would a native speaker use?

Thanks!!
