How the traps and obstacles have been set up in the contract?

Dear all,

When I wrote "How the traps and obstacles have been set up in the contact?", it was corrected by my superior as "How have the traps and obstacles been set up in the contract?". But I think my sentence is OK. I'd like to get your opinion on this.
