how the sheer word used

i saws sheer word in several sentences and when i refer it(sheer) with the dictionary , it's mean completely but the meaning did not give sense to the sentence please explain it with example

what is the condition for using sheer. How we can use it grammatically as i m new in English. How such a sentence can be made, r it is use before the noun :-
