How should this sentence be punctuated

And, her affair with the opposite in everyway – love interest Count Vronsky.

And, her affair with the opposite in everyway, love interest, Count Vronsky.


I wasn't sure if it needs two dashes also ? Does it matter ? The dash is acting for emphasis in the first example and the commas are bracketing information in the second.
