I just went to a university office for clarification on a form I'm filling out.
That staff appeared to be very unprofessional and certainly not polite. She sneezed at my question, answered and concluded:" You can have someone yell at me if that is not correct." I didn't feel very comfortable when heard that but I wasn't completely sure what she meant. Can anyone help me out?
She said that if she didn't give you correct information, you could report her to a supervisor who would yell at her. It's a pretty rude thing to say.
