How should I say?

I would like to say: The world community figures (with hope) on the prosperity of Your country....
In this case can I say that:
The world community looks forward to the prosperity of Your country as an example for other States.

Thank you! But as for the verbs: so, I can use the verb to look forward instead of to figure on (with hope), can't I? What sounds better on youtr opinion?
